all together now and other stupid ideas

Four plot threads. Four. Two of them thrown into the story after the outline, when I was chugging along, as merry little things.

And now they all come to a head in a short span of time in four different places. grumble grumble GROUSE

Have to keep cutting to make the simultaneity obvious. So I'm going to have make it clear before the cuts that time is going to pass, tediously, for the characters. (Hmm. How is the heroine going to try to work around the sleeping potion the first two times? She knows about it. Hmmmmmmmmmm. Possibly something for wakefulness.)

And that's not the end. The end therefore has to be more dramatic. At least the last villain left standing has given me a few clues about how she's going to be the greatest challenge.
