Kakuriyo: Bed & Breakfast for Spirits #3 by Waco Ioka

Spoilers ahead for the first two.

And indeed, the story merely continues. Suzuran still hiding from the man who wanted to buy her, and quarreling with her brother, where Aoi learns more about her grandfather's past. Aoi's past is revealed enough, with an ayakashi playing a significant role, that with a few scenes where she doesn't feature, we realize a connection that she doesn't. Aoi smooths over quarrels and considers going back to the human world.
