the break in the story

Pondering NaNoWriMo.

Having learned the hard way not to rush the outline, the question is whether the only outline I'm working on would be ready in time.  Ponder, ponder. . .

If, and only if, there's a break in the story, so that the seven students complete an episode in their lives and go on.  That the school year is ending is not sufficient without something to tie it off.

OTOH, there are two things on a grand scale that I know will happen.  One or the other might conclude it, once our students survive.
