sigh Contemplating a novel in revision -- does it work?  Do the parts fit together?

Can I read through the story quickly enough to hold it all in mind?  What I actually wrote, not what I intended to write?

All the more in that it's mainly a journey, which pulls toward an episodic structure with all the problems inherent in that.

sigh.  gonna have to do it in a rush sometime.
