"You should go search then," said Arabella. "Our bold huntress who fears not the forest, why do you let your princess suffer when you are her lady-in-waiting and not her mere subject, who would owe her less, though still her duty?"
"It is, after all, purely of historical interest," said the second one, smoothly. "Wonderful are the products of the pharmaceutic today, but we can only marvel that they sprung from such unpromising beginnings."
"Like the supers of the day," said the third. The other two froze and glared at him.
"That will be wonderful," said Corridon, his face set. "Be sure to tell us what you find out. We will be all ears."
She looked between them, her gaze lingering most on Halley. "Not ordinary, indeed," she grumbled, and dissolved back into a tree.
"Onward," said Corridon, his voice heavy.
